Uh, dude the tv show is based on the books. The first game of thrones book was written in the 90’s.

Not a novelization. The books were first. And the early seasons were pretty true to the books but they seem to deviate more as the series continues.

I also realize now that there was really no reason to do that, since 1) I’m fairly active on here so being a troll is pointless and 2)the comment also just makes me look like an idiot. Fail.

Good luck with that. I’ve never managed to finish the 3rd book in about 3 attempts at reading the series. It just gets ridiculously convoluted and annoying so I lose interest.
